1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Privacy Policy - a document regulating the system of handling users' personal and confidential data.
1.2. Mobile Application - a software developed for a specific platform (Android, iOS, etc.) enabling operation on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices. Within this Policy, the mobile application refers to "OLBER".
1.3. Personal Data - information relating to a specific individual or enabling their identification, recorded in electronic, paper, or any other tangible form.
1.4. Processing of Personal Data - any action or set of actions performed on personal data including collection, systematization, storage, modification, supplementation, usage, transfer, dissemination, anonymization, and destruction.
1.5. Operator of the "OLBER" Mobile Application - authorized employees of "Digital Transformation Center" LLC processing personal data.
1.6. Confidentiality of Personal Data - a mandatory requirement to prevent disclosure without the consent of the data subject.
1.7. User - a person who has access to and is registered in the "OLBER" mobile application via the Internet.
1.8. Cookies - small pieces of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's device.
1.9. IP Address - a unique network address used by a computer in an IP-based network.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. This Privacy Policy is an official document of the Operator and regulates the processing and protection of users' personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 547 dated July 2, 2019 "On Personal Data".
2.2. The Policy aims to ensure protection of users' data from unauthorized access and disclosure.
2.3. In case of contradictions between this Policy and other documents, this Policy shall prevail.
2.4. By registering and using the application, the user agrees to this Policy.
2.5. The Operator is not responsible for third-party websites accessed via links in the application.
2.6. If a user logs in via MyID, OneID, or Facebook, additional profile data may be obtained.
2.7-2.8. Self-employed persons may not hire employees or work as hired staff.
2.9. This Policy is valid indefinitely from the date of approval.
3. PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. The Operator undertakes to protect personal data provided during registration.
3.2. The following data may be collected:
- Device ID, OS type, content used, geolocation (with consent)
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Registration via MyID, OneID
- Cookies and anonymous usage statistics
- Additional surveys and feedback
4. PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION
Personal data is used for:
- Providing relevant services and products
- Ensuring stable app operation
- Collecting anonymous statistics
- Simplifying usage
- Customer support
- Sending push notifications (optional)
5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Processing occurs only after user consent via app forms.
6. PROCEDURE FOR DATA PROCESSING
6.1. The Operator ensures protection from unauthorized access.
6.2. Personal data is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
6.3. Disclosure may occur to protect lawful interests.
6.4. Users may request correction of inaccuracies.
6.5. Data is stored indefinitely unless consent is withdrawn.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
The Operator is not liable for data disclosure due to:
- Public availability prior to loss
- Third-party actions
- User consent
- Hackers or illegal actions
Users must protect passwords.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes are settled via written claims within 30 calendar days.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
All updates enter into force upon publication in the application.
10. USER REQUESTS
Requests must include full name, registered email, and phone number. Replies are provided within 10 calendar days.
